The Air Festival "City of Gijón has among its projects future, to convene a Photography Competition among all spotters accredited to the Festival. It would be that prior to the next edition, each spotter may submit to contest the consider their best pictures of the last Air Festival concluded. The photographs would be displayed on the dates coincide with the weeks before the conclusion of a new Festival and a jury participants describe the photographs would be rewarded with prizes to be determined.

For this year, and consequently the fact of not having announced prior to the event, is to mount a exposure to those wishing to send photos spotter Festival 2009 and the images may correspond either to the Air Festival edition of IV or proper Regatta Globes next week that was developed in Gijón.

A call to all those photographers who in 2009 was credited as spotters at the IV Festival and those who sent in their photo galleries for this site (www.festivalaereogijon.com). Each photographer or spotter, you can register with one or more photos selected by him to be sent in digital format or Jpg Tiff at least 300 dpi resolution. 

The inaugural exhibition will be installed in a hall of the Cultural Center CAJASTUR "Revillagigedo Palace, the Collegiate San Juan Bautista or the Documentation Center of that Roman Wall Arts cultural complex in Gijón, on dates before and after the conclusion of the V Festival Air "City of Gijón".

The organizers reserve the right, on dates after Air Festival, turning the exhibition to other cities or towns such as promotion of authors and the festival itself. Also reserves the right to use the photos involved in print, catalogs, books or magazines without profit.

 If there is an excess of photographs entered, the organization reserves the right to make a selection to display a photo retaining at least each registered spotter.

The digital photographs will be sent by email to info@festivalaereogijon.com DAY BEFORE MAY 20, 2010 and shall contain the following information:

Name of author. 
Artistic pseudonym if applicable. 
Title you want to give to photography. 
Postal address of the sender. 
Telephones, mobile and stationary. 
E-mail address.

And in the mail will include a text authorizing the organization of the Air Festival "City of Gijón" to use their photos without profit, for display in places and cities that benefit the promotion of the author and deemed appropriate Festival .
